In pursuit of trying to build a business, there have been many things that I have learned and still many more things that I need to know. Over the last seven years, I have moved three times, and each time I started my personal training business from scratch. During these seven years, I have learned what it would take to build and scale a successful business. Now it is my turn to brace my entrepreneurial spirit and turn the theory that I have learned to build a profitable business and movement helping other entrepreneurs and business owners live a life they truly want to live!
