From the moment that I made the decision to let my pain go to the point of starting a podcast, every step forward was a conscious choice to not let my past define me. With each step, my confidence and self-love grew. To this day, every challenge that I encounter only strengthens me into an even more empowered woman. In every experience, we can choose to see the lesson. I have found ways to live happily and overcome my challenges, and you can too! I'm so honored to be a part of your journey.
