Here is the basic frame work to start when wanting to hear God's voice.

True Christians who are Jesus’ sheep: 

• Hear His Voice
  1. Discern His voice from others (John 10:4-5)
  2. Believe His words and respond to it (John 10:25, 27) 
• Known by Him
  1. Have a personal relationship with God (1 Corinthians 8:3) 
  2. Share a love for God and neighbor (Galatians 4:9) 
• Follow Him
  1. Obedience to His commands (John 14:15, 23)
  2. Modeling Jesus (Romans 8:29, 1 Corinthians 11:1)    

Results are found in John 10:28 

• Eternal Life
• Never Perish… Ever
• Eternal Security
