I had always had a love for investigative shows. Private Eyes was one of my favorites. But my love of investigations didn’t come from there. It came from my dad.

My dad was a private investigator. When I was little he used to take me to his Private Investigations firm. It was a small apartment in the city. People used to come to him to get help to solve things they couldn’t uncover on their own. They had great respect for him and so did I. He was my hero. Everything about him fascinated me, from the way he dressed to the way he talked to his clients. “I want to be just like him when I grow up,” I used to think.
