I was born in 1955, the youngest of three siblings, to a much-older father and younger mother, who was his second wife. My father was a very successful banker, and mother a former executive secretary. 

Musical from an early age, I received a Bachelor and Master of music degree from a major urban university. I also collected a Bachelor of Arts in psychology along the way.

I teach music theory and composition in a music conservatory, and perform as a concert musician and choral director. I have also written a novel (as yet unpublished) and enjoy writing poetry, drawing cartoons, and composing music.  

My sister is a well-known public figure, and that is why I must keep this anonymous. She is a very successful and accomplished person in her field.

I have two sons, and one is still at home.
