We all need that one thing that does a bit of a reboot to our soul.  For some, it’s work.  For others, it’s a hobby, or their religion.  Whatever it is, know that it’s good to try to find it sooner than later.  Because when that moment hits you – and it will – you’ll need that zen to be there to help get you through.
