MY STORY – A Collection of Personal Narratives

For this podcast, the Coulee Kids wrote personal narratives. A personal narrative is a story about an event in the life of the writer. It is written from the author’s point of view and recreates an incident by showing, not telling, which meant we had to be creative with our word choice. The 6-trait skill we focused on for this piece was voice, more specifically, YOU hearing OUR voice in our writing.
