Being diagnosed with a long term health condition can be life changing and you can feel like you’re on your own. How are you supposed to know what decisions to make? My name is Bhima and I work for the Greater Manchester MS Information Network or GMMSIN for short. I’ve been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for a couple of years but that’s only part of my story. Here at the My Story podcast we’re going to talk to a range of people who have MS and hear how it affected them. We’ll talk about all aspects of how the condition has changed their lives. From pre diagnosis, getting to grips with the changes that occurred, to positive adaptations to give them the best chance to enjoy life to the fullest. We’ll also talk to some special people who’s lives are affected either by loved ones who have the condition, or by working in the world of treating and looking after people with MS.
