In this first official episode of the Thriving Joy podcast with Katie Carroll, I share with you all who I am and my story.  I want to let you all know how influential podcasts have been in my life, and why one of my biggest goals was to launch my very own podcast.  My mission is to help empower as many women as I can in my lifetime, and this is one of the best ways that I know how to pursue that goal!
