Episode 19 is my episode. This episode is me speaking on what has been building up within for the last 10+ years. I have never spoken publicly about any of this so as you are watching this video you are watching me tell it for the first time. A lot of emotions, feelings and memories came back to me whilst recording so I missed out some details. Although in saying that I hope it is somewhat understandable. I also wanted to say that my story doesn't down play yours and what you have been through, I just hope that somewhere in my story you are able to find even the smallest similarities so you feel less alone.
