In this podcast, I want to share with you the struggles of my life as it changed after my Dad passed away. It has only been about two years since his death, but a lot of things happened. Some good and a lot bad. I want to touch on the big aspects of these changes such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, as well as reconstructing my happiness, adjusting my definition of normal, and the miracles of love.
