Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Cole Slaw:For Pulled Pork:1 pork butt1 bottle bbq sauce1 large onion1 green bell pepper1/4 cup minced garlictony's, pepper, to taste-Place pork but in crock pot. Sprinkle with seasonings and minced garlic. Julienne the onion and bell pepper and place over Pork Butt. Put bbq sauce over top. Cook on low heat overnight. When ready pull meat apart with fork. Should be very tender... Serve with rolls.Cole Slaw:5 cups green cabbage, shredded1 cup red cabbage, shredded1/2 cup shredded carrots2 cups mayo1/4 apple cider vinegar1 cup white sugarsalt and pepper to taste.Toss everything together until well blended.. Serve on top of the pulled pork.Perfect dish for Memorial Day!
