In this day and age, it can be tough to manage our mental health when we are constantly bombarded with information about things happening all around the world at all times. Before the Internet and TV, people were blissfully ignorant about things happening outside of their communities. Now, we know EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME. There are benefits to this, but there are a LOT of drawbacks, especially for our mental health. In this episode, I share some advice from my therapist about how to manage our mental health when we have all this negative news coming at us all the time.
