Many of us have given up on our resolutions for the new year..... The change doesn't have to take place at the beginning of the new year, it can take place anytime beit the beginning of a new week, month or day. Just make sure you start that thing you have always wanted to do. Change takes time, it is a gradual process. Even if you fail do not give up.
