I decided to take a break from social media in September mostly to reclaim some of my time. I decided I would stay active but not be obligated to a schedule. I didn’t determine how long the break would be in advance.  

I'm currently four months in and let me tell you, I am loving it!  So in this episode I’m sharing what I've learned during my social media sabbatical. I will be honest up front and let you know everything I learned isn’t positive but the positive things I’ve learned are worth it.
