Hey everyone!
Thank you again for tuning into this episode, I hope it helped some of you! I use these 5 steps every single time my mental health is struggling and it has helped me so much. Using these steps has helped me go from being very negative, sad and having no motivation to being so happy, positive and open minded.

1. Talk to a professional or someone you trust
2. Journal and practice gratitude
3. Exercise and get outside
4. Listen to positive music and podcasts
5. Meditate and do breathing exercises
