In this episode I talk about my abdominoplasty surgery which took place December 2021. After several revision surgeries and a lot of emotional turmoil, my path to loving my body has turned in the positive direction. Plastic surgery isn't for everyone but it is the path I chose for myself and led me to deep contemplation about our society, body image, mental health, and spiritual alignment. This is the first episode in a small series I have devoted to discussing these topics.
