Just some pointers to live by daily. Hope this helps you navigate life with less difficulty. Just take one step at a time. Practice being at peace with yourself and then extend to others. You only share/give what you can when you understand what you are giving/sharing and the impact of doing so. For example, if I love myself and treat myself well/right and it makes me happy and feel good, then loving others and treating them well/right should come naturally without frustration… think about it.
