Join the club.  COVID provided some opportunities for many to buy a property and rent it as a full-time vacation rental.   Equity growth was great and income was flowing in.  This is a new day, many things have changed over the past two years including too many vacation rentals on the rental market without additional guests to fill them.

Equity growth has ground to a halt in most areas so without equity growth and current income, many investors are finding that they are paying out of pocket for the upkeep of their investment.  Not an ideal situation.
