Nearly 30 years in teaching, over a decade teaching teachers. A founder of Michaela. An iconoclast French teacher. A ‘transformational’ head. Called a ‘genius’, and ‘the toughest teacher in the land’. Called a lot worse! Doug Lemov said he wished I taught his kids. Christine Counsell talked about the warmth and joy in my lessons. I’m now back on the CPD trail and these are my thoughts! Buckle up! It may be a bumpy ride!
