My Why

This podcast is a space for healing, connection, growth and discovery where I speak with older adults to hear their stories, establish community and reignite their passions. We dive into the effects of aging and the challenges that may come with navigating different spaces as we age. And despite these challenges understanding that no matter how old you are you can still be Moved To Purpose.
