This is a quick message to all of my listeners who have wanted to know more about me! 

I am not just Hashimoto's, Grave's Disease, Adrenal Fatigue, and a recovering perfectionist. My story started long before that and is a huge reason why i see the world the way that I do. Why I see the good in Alternative Health, why people's stories and struggles and triumphs touch me so deeply...and why doing a solo podcast was super uncomfortable, by the way.
