Hey everyone!  Welcome back!  I am so excited that you are on this reflection journey with me this week!  I said it before, but this is my favorite time of year, looking back on all of the things for the year and gearing up for the new one!  As I promised, today I am talking about those things that did not quite go my way this year.  These challenges are as important to reflect on as your wins, as it helps you understand what worked, what didn't, and plan for a better year ahead!  Take a minute to hear my thoughts today, and come back for episode 3 tomorrow, as I set goals...and even teach you a little bit about setting your own goals!
