I've been using the MyNoiseยฎ app a bit more lately. I recorded this little video to use with a blog post I'm writing/I've been writing about the app, and how it helps me. So, I thought I'd share it here too.
Screen recording of the MyNoiseยฎ mobile app featuring the "Irish Coast" soundscape. The background image shows a dark, misty cliffside overlooking a turbulent ocean under a grey sky. The primary interface consists of ten vertical equalizer-style sliders with white circular handles set against the landscape.
โThe video begins with the audio playing at the "Default" setting. The user navigates to the "All presets" menu, which lists various configurations such as "Coastal Winds," "Cliff View," "Breaking Waves," "Inner Loch," "Shore," and "Salty Air." After selecting a preset, the user returns to the main screen and manually adjusts several sliders to different heights, customizing the specific levels of environmental sounds like wind, rain, and crashing waves.
โA "Description" overlay is briefly shown, setting the scene with text: "You are standing on a cliff, the wind is blowing in your face... Enjoy the light drizzle, carried by the sea wind." The video concludes on the main playback screen with the customized audio mix active. The bottom navigation bar remains visible throughout, showing icons for the sound library, the mixer settings, a sleep timer, and a profile/settings menu.
