MYPV E13 - Create An Action Plan With, Special Guest: Brian Doyle
Brian Doyle has been in the multifamily industry since 1997 when he first bought a house at the age of 20 and rented it to his college roommates. Now in 2019, Brian has a syndicated ownership interest in 500 units and another 60 units that he owns and manages himself. Brian does this all while having a day job which is selling blinds to the apartment industry.
Brian is currently on the board of the 2000 member Minnesota Multi Housing Association and is past president of the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangers. When not working on real estate or blinds Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids or racing J22 sailboats.
In this episode, Brian shares some great tips for systematizing our rental properties so that things run smoothly.
