In this episode I sat with a hypnosis expert. She has her own hypnotherapy practice and she is a true mystic. She sat with me and answered all my questions regarding mysticism and I have to say, I am blown away. It seems to me that there is a world that is going unnoticed and Annemiek helped me learn a bit more about that. 

Listening back to the episode, things still don't fully make sense to me but I think there is great value in what mysticism has to offer- mainly because it is a subject that is not well known or discussed. To me mysticism is a broadened perspective that takes you away from the "thinking mind" and helps you experience the world in a way that a common human doesn't. It seems to be a reality that is more real than the reality we know. Scary stuff!
