We all have grown up with myths, "Bread makes you fat", "You can't lift weights before a certain age", "Fruit will make you gain fat". Yes, I've heard all these before, and I know most of you have too. Myths are created to: 1)scare someone it believing it will happen to cause an opposite affect, or 2) just to be right.
