Ordinary Leaders is a podcast that celebrates individuals who make extraordinary impacts and set leadership examples for all of us. I’m your host, Tyneeta Canonge. I’m the founder of WE Consulting, an equity leadership consulting and coaching firm. My job is to help people tap into their leadership potential, especially those who don’t fit into traditional molds.
