Menopause is part of life, but it doesn't have to be something to be dreaded. If you prepare and take care of your hormones now you can avoid experiencing the intense symptoms that are typically associated with menopause. In this episode, I'm sharing WHY women struggle with things like hot flashes, weight gain, and vaginal dryness during menopause. Knowing the root cause of these symptoms, I then go into how you can avoid these issues by taking care of your health!
