All of us have some sort of trauma in our past.  And many of us (Including myself) still carry it with us and allow it to manifest into a mental illness.  In this interview Emmy Brunner shares with us her 15+ years of experience dealing with clients who have struggled to overcome themselves.  This includes anxiety, depression and addiction, and she opened up my own mental illness and put it on display for me.  And I'm really hoping that you can benefit from the vulnerable moment that I had during this episode.
