Linda Mpofu is a server, bartender and jnr sommelier. She’s originally from Johannesburg and moved to Durban. She studied hospitality management at FET college and has been working in hospitality industry since 17. She’s been in the USA on and off since 2018 and is currently living in Chicago for the summer and relocating to Naples Florida for her next job.
