Here is a topic upon which rests (relatively speaking) eonian life or eonian death. Human free will assumes that God leaves people alone in order for the individual to choose where he or she will spend eternity. This is a flat denial of the saving work of Jesus Christ (He only made salvation possible, not actual), and thus the gospel of Paul is denied, and the adherents of the self-salvation doctrine die and remain dead for the eon. (They are not in the body of Christ.) Standing in front of this diabolical darkness (Human Free Will) is the euphemism, "God is a gentleman." Is He really? Let's check the Scriptures and see if we can find that philosophy.
