Ms. Pearcy, among other things, for over the past 7 years, as a Vice President has contributed business development and programming expertise to Fortune 500 AECOM. The firm is a global engineering, architectural, construction and management company with over 45,000 employees in 100+ countries. She leads client management services for the firm’s role in restoring America’s Everglades. The Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan is one of the world’s largest and most ambitious environmental restoration programs. Specifically, her business acumen has been focused primarily on business development and marketing for projects related to water supply, wastewater, water resources management, energy, and the environment. She has also supported ports, building and community development programs by designing stakeholder involvement initiatives. Several years ago, Ms. Pearcy’s passion for community and nation-building, led her to volunteer in the early design efforts of the Jamaica Diaspora Association.
