Love loaded nachos? You can load potato packets on the grill, and they’re ridiculously good. Use heavy duty foil to double wrap packets of thinly sliced potatoes, onions, crispy bacon, and cheddar or pepper jack cheese. Place the packets on the grill and turn them every 15 minutes for an hour. As always, if you’re a heat lover, sprinkle the contents with Frank’s Hot Sauce before you seal the packets. Feel free to add diced vegetables and lighten up on the meat. Sprinkle it with crushed tortillas as soon as you open the cooked packets and serve.
