The fifth round of NAFTA talks came to a close on Tuesday in Mexico City. While progress was made on low-key matters like telecommunications and customs enforcement, none of the big issues like auto manufacturing saw any movement. Dr Eugene Beaulieu, Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Calgary, joins Danielle Smith.
