For many years a significant part of the battle was definitely founded in the fact that I spent much of my time comparing myself with others. Comparing myself with other bakers and and failing to see my own value and worth was definitely a stumbling block and something that held me back. It's so important for every business owner up recognise that they are special and valuable and the industry needs what THEY have to offer!
