Anxiety is everywhere - in our homes, our conversations, our kids, at work, the news. Many experts say we are living in an age defined by anxiety. It may be pervasive, but it isn't new and scripture is not silent on the subject. Anxiety thrives in silence and avoidance, so it's time to talk about it! Anxiety thrives in silence and avoidance and so we need to talk about it and name the things we’re thinking as correctly as possible.
