I recently let go of the title of "Mindset Mentor" because it never felt quite right. I am now embracing that what I do here is full body work, soul work, and shadow work alchemy.

This got me thinking, the titles that we adopt in our "work" are really just spells that make us conform to whatever field we are in. What if, instead of watering ourselves down in order to fit a certain niche, we speak at our full potency? You will still be palatable if you speak from your true self.
