Active advocate for gender equality. She has played leading roles in extensive organizational changes, including high-growth, M&A’s and reorganizations. Her experience has included but not limited too talent acquisition and development, leadership development, building unique employee experiences and cultures, social and community impact, advising and working with C-suite and Board Members, compensation, internal communications and performance management. She’s passionate about organizations that are committed to continual evolution (and occasional revolution) in the pursuit of excellence.
