Naomi Nektare, an Arizona native, is a powerhouse vocalist whose music fuses rock with undercurrents of blues, soul, psychedelia, and Americana. Her distinctive style is heavily influenced by the iconic sounds of the 1960s and 70s.

Naomi penned her first song at the age of three and hasn’t stopped writing or performing since. She got her start singing in her church's Baptist choir and performing in musicals. Her talent was formally recognized during high school when a talent scout awarded her a scholarship to a performing arts university, where she went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a triple major in Drama, Voice, and Dance.

Naomi has written and recorded eight studio albums and two live albums. She has commanded top billing at iconic venues, including the Whisky a Go Go, Viper Room, Roxy, Troubadour, Hard Rock, House of Blues, Hotel Cafe, Avalon Ballroom, and Henry Fonda Theatre.

She has opened for major acts like Diana Ross, The Temptations, Billy Idol, Berlin, War, and the Alan Parson’s Project. Furthermore, she appeared alongside the Red Hot Chili Peppers in their hit video, "Tell Me Baby." Naomi Nektare's original compositions have achieved significant media placement, featuring in an HBO movie and supplying the title song for an indie film that has played worldwide.

She also fronts the popular Janis Joplin Tribute band, “Janis Comes Alive.”

Beyond the stage, Naomi lends her voice to weddings and funerals. She is also a dedicated vocal coach who provides free lessons to underserved youth in the Los Angeles area.
