this is a word that's thrown around everywhere, and personally I am no professional but I believe all of us fall somewhere on the narcissism "scale/spectrum". Today I'm talking about how we can prevent people's narcissistic tendencies from getting to us and how we can prevent ourselves from taking the same actions against others out of hurt/fear/resentment, etc.
None of these youtube channels are replacements for clinical treatment or care. this is all just for educational insight and awareness. However, these three people have been pivotal in my path of healing, so I'm hoping you are able to find value in their channels as well.

Anna Runkle (Youtube: Crappy Childhood Fairy) - (not a therapist or a doctor but I found her videos to be just as insightful) videos on CPTSD/Childhood PTSD
