However, the reality of narcissism runs deeper than a disagreeable colleague. This week, we’re talking about how people experiencing narcissism show up at work. This episode primarily focuses on leaders experiencing narcissism, and ways other members of the leadership team can help identify and resolve the behaviour. Then, we flip it to the home and talk about ways to acknowledge and openly discuss self-oriented behaviour.
