Narcissists will stalk us until they die or are no longer able to stalk us. This is something we must learn to deal with and that means we ignore them and their hoovers. We learn to spot them online quicker and block and delete where possible. If stalking in person, we take photos and videos to file a police report. Once we understand they are going to stalk us long after we have moved on and gone no contact, the easier it is to handle when they hoover because, after all, a hoover is stalking.
