NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams have been stuck aboard the International Space Station (ISS) since June due to issues with the Boeing Starliner spacecraft on its inaugural flight. The Starliner capsule faced numerous problems, preventing it from being used to bring the astronauts back to Earth, necessitating a return with no crew on board.
