This was a first for the podcast... Not only were we joined by a bad ass musician, but also a bad ass chef. Mark started working in restaurants as a cook when he was 19 while building his career in music. Soon enough music took over, but touring is a pretty great excuse for him to visit some of his favorite restaurants and favorite chefs around the world.
