Real-world applications of blockchain technology are starting to emerge in 2019. In this interview, Natalia Karayaneva, CEO and founder of Propy, explains how real estate transactions can be fully conducted using blockchain technology.

Propy has just completed its second blockchain-recorded property deal in California. The home, located in Daly City, sold for approximately $917,000. The property was purchased in U.S. Dollars and each step of the transference was executed via Ethereum smart contracts, making this the first residential transaction to be fully executed end-to-end on a blockchain platform.
