Everyone say hello to the amazing Natalie Backerman! This week we talked about what it’s like to grow up with parents who are in the theatre community and what it’s like being adopted. We also got to talking about our old theatre school days, and how much of an effect it had on her to go there directly out of high school. Best of all though, we took some time to go over self care, and why it’s so important especially in the life of an artist.
