Natalie Goldberg is the world’s writing teacher. Writing Down the Bones has sold more than 1.5 million copies. It is a textbook in my August course, Plug in for Writers. She’s written a dozen others including Wild Mind, The True Secret of Writing, and for those wanting to write a memoir, Old Friend From Far Away. Natalie is also an accomplished painter, displayed in shows and prominent collections around the country.
