This week we’re delighted to welcome TV and radio presenter Natalie Pinkham. Best known for her work in the world of sport, this year Natalie became the first woman to commentate on a Formula One session on British television when she led Sky’s commentary of first practice at the Bahrain Grand Prix. 

A vocal campaigner, Natalie is a patron of Hope and Homes for Children, a charity at the forefront of a global movement to eliminate the institutional care of children. She first became involved with the charity after a life-changing encounter with a young girl at a Romanian orphanage where she was volunteering. 

Today she joins us to share her thoughts on diversity in Formula 1, and the heartbreaking story behind her charity. 

Natalie and Pips also share their personal experiences of pregnancy loss to mark baby loss and pregnancy awareness week. 

Aicha McKenzie is also on hand to share her thoughts on this week’s pillar, physical health.
