Nataly confronts life with positivity, even when the times get tough. Only 10 years old when she lost her mother, Nataly feared reaching age 38 as her mother’s life was so abruptly taken at that point. Now at 40 she is facing her fears, thriving, and living a joyful life. A turning point for Nataly came about when she cast aside the taboo of seeking out therapy, and in doing so gained more clarity and perspective on herself. She reminds all of us in this week’s episode to not only look at the bright side of life, but also take the time to work through our own personal woes for full healing to occur.
